Our Process

Upon quote acceptance, we will get straight to work reviewing and understanding all of the tender documentation.
We will then arrange the first start-up meeting with you on Microsoft Teams to get started!

At the start-up meeting, we will present our breakdown of the tender documentation and our plan for addressing all the criteria. We will also discuss our intended timeframe for each stage to ensure we meet the tender deadline!
We will then spend some time gathering information on your company, capabilities and any other information required for the assessment criteria.

Then leave it to us! We will start developing the first draft of your tender using the information gathered at the start-up meeting.
Once we are ready to present the first draft to you within the communicated timeframe, we will arrange the mid-way meeting.

At the mid-way meeting, we will present the first draft and explain each section in detail. Any comments will be minuted and we will send the first draft for you to review in your own time.

Once we recieve your further comments, we will progress into Stage 2, addressing all your comments.
This is also the stage where we ask for your pricing template and inclusions/exclusions so we can start formatting the final submission template.

At the final meeting, we will present the final formatted submission for your review and approval.

Once we recieve your comments after the final meeting, we will finalise all amendments and collate your final pricing into the submission
We will then complete the final proof-read to ensure there are no typo’s or grammatical issues.

We will submit the final tender proposal to you, ready for submission!
If there are any last minute changes required, we are more than happy to accomodate this! We know well what happens in the final hours of a tender!
